Do you require a deposit?

We discuss payment terms in writing before any work begins. 

Insurance and storm damage

Does homeowners insurance cover roof replacement?

It covers sudden weather damage — hail, wind, fallen trees, weight of snow and ice — but not age or wear. On an approved claim you typically pay only your deductible.

Do you handle the insurance claim?

We document the damage with drone photographs and a HAAG-certified inspection report, communicate with your provider, and meet your adjuster on the roof. You file the claim; we handle the rest.

What if my claim is denied?

Denials do frequently happen. We can request a re-inspection with our photo report and weather data, and your policy's appraisal clause exists for scope disputes.

Can you waive my deductible?

No. Anyone who offers to is committing insurance fraud and putting your claim at risk.

How long does a roof replacement take?

Most residential roofs are torn off and replaced in a single day — often under ten hours. Larger, steeper or tile roofs take longer, and we tell you up front.

Do you inspect roofs with a drone?

Yes. We fly a high-resolution drone over every slope first. It keeps our crew off a damaged or steep roof until we know what we are dealing with, and the aerial photos capture ridge, valley and penetration detail that is hard to see from the ground.

What is HAAG certification and why does it matter?

HAAG is the roofing industry’s recognized training standard for forensic damage assessment. A HAAG-certified inspector knows how to separate hail damage from normal wear, wind creasing from installation problems, and snow-load damage from age-related failure — then document it the way insurance adjusters and appraisers accept. That credibility helps your claim get scoped correctly the first time.

What happens to my landscaping and driveway?

Do I need to be home?
