Do you offer financing?

Do you require a deposit?

We discuss payment terms in writing before any work begins. You will never be asked for a large cash payment up front by someone knocking on your door.

Insurance and storm damage

Does homeowners insurance cover roof replacement?

It covers sudden weather damage — hail, wind, fallen trees, weight of snow and ice — but not age or wear. On an approved claim you typically pay only your deductible.

Do you handle the insurance claim?

We document the damage with photographs, meet your adjuster on the roof, and submit supplements for anything the first estimate missed. You file the claim; we handle the roofing side of it.

What if my claim is denied?

Denials are often reversed. We can request a re-inspection with our photo report and weather data, and your policy's appraisal clause exists for scope disputes.

Can you waive my deductible?

No. Anyone who offers to is committing insurance fraud and putting your claim at risk.

How long does a roof replacement take?

Most residential roofs are torn off and replaced in a single day — often under ten hours. Larger, steeper or tile roofs take longer, and we tell you up front.

What happens to my landscaping and driveway?

Do I need to be home?

Not for the whole day, though it helps to be there at the start and the walkthrough at the end.

What warranty do you give?
